Through the great technology of Flash, Macromedia has brought web design to a whole new level. Creative Sites uses Flash to enhance sites with animation, movies and to spice up navigation. Its smooth animation, streaming play, interaction and low file size makes it the top choice to add some life to your site.

Links Creative Sites Media uses Flash to make navigation and spot links. Here is an example of a Flash spot link we made for Creative Kids Unlimited.

Movies Movies are a prime example of what Flash is great for. Creative Sites has made dozens of short movies for clients. Below is a link to a movie we made for Normandy Village Photography in Normal, Illinois.

Interaction Flash allows users to interact with your site. This example created for Stardot Home Automation, takes the user through a tour of an automated home. The user actually gets to play with the home automation controls and see the effects on the home.

Limitations Flash does have some limitations though. These limitations are what influenced Creative Sites Media to not design entire websites using Flash movies.

• Flash requires a plug-in. True; most browsers come with this plug-in now. But there are thousands of company's, schools, and businesses that have either disabled Flash or cannot download it due to administrator settings.
• You cannot bookmark any one page of a Flash movie.
• Search Engines cannot index pages of a Flash movie.
• Too much animation and movement makes people sick.
• Sound clips are annoying unless requested by your users.
